I have been highly impressed by Anita and the team at Pearl Property Co since handing over my property for management in early 2021. This team have been our Property managers for 7 years and we have found them to be nothing but efficient, polite and helpful with any of our concerns. We are so happy to have them looking after us, as well as our tenants.

I have been a client for the past 8 years. They were recommended as outstanding property managers from family and I can honestly say that during the 8 years I have never encountered a single issue with my tenants. Their attention to detail and care in both finding prime tenants and looking after the property is to be admired. We have engaged this team as our managing agents for the past 8 years to manage several of our properties. What has always impressed us is how very thorough they are in their search for a great tenant, will put the time in with extra home opens and research to not only find a suitable tenant but also to achieve the best possible rent. They are always available to help with any concerns and give helpful advice.

We have had the pleasure of dealing with the staff in this team since mid-2016. Prior to that, our properties had been entrusted with a property manager which did not act in our best interests. Based on a recommendation from someone in the real estate industry, we transferred the management.

This transfer was undertaken when we were overseas for an extended period, which could have potentially made the task more challenging. However, the team are experienced in dealing with remote clients and have sophisticated systems in place.  They managed the transfer of our properties professionally and with no inconvenience to us or our tenants. We received regular updates and advise throughout.

Inspection reports are delivered in a timely manner and are extremely thorough. Any maintenance issues are reported to us immediately with the option for their in-house repairers to correct.  They have high expectations of the tenants, so we feel confident our properties are being managed to the mutual benefit to us as landlords and our tenants.

We've had our property managed for 7 years now. That's lots of inspections, lots of emails - lots of communication. In short, that is what’s so comforting about them. They are efficient, direct and very quick to communicate any issues regarding our property.

They seem to strike a balance between landlord and tenant - I get the feeling that my tenants are being as well looked after as I am. They are always happy to discuss and suggest the best course of action.

My wife and I have utilised the services of this team for the past 7 years and intend to continue to.

Amazing, friendly and professional team. I have recently started renting through Pearl Property Co and can’t recommend them highly enough. Such great staff, every query is answered. The best real estate I have rented through by far.

I'm still yet to lease a place with Anita and her team but Anita has been so helpful assisting me up until this point, I really do hope we can have them when the time comes for a new rental. I can imagine property owners would be just as appreciative of the effort she puts in.

I was a tenant for 12 months and from the very first viewing to moving out was the best I have experienced. I was looking for a property and was limited on times I could view, Anita was so kind and went out of her way to show me the house on a private viewing and with very short notice.

Once I moved in I had a few small maintenance issues and all of them were completed without any issues. They were also great with inspections as I like to be home and they were happy to accommodate me. The only reason I moved was because the owner sold the property, I would have loved to have stayed tenant with them but they didn't have any properties available. When I become an investor I will be contacting the team to look after my property, the service and communication is outstanding.

The team at Pearl Property Co are outstanding. As long term renters, we found their professional, friendly approach both refreshing, and appealing. Given the opportunity, we wouldn't hesitate to rent through them again.
