Pearl Property Co Directors, Anita and Jeremy have been property investors for over 15 years, both starting their personal property portfolios in their early twenties. For Anita, the origin of the investment journey began with a small studio apartment in West Perth (the original grit in the Oyster) which led to a career in property management and the expansion of a personal property portfolio with Jeremy.
In 2013 Anita and Jeremy were presented with the opportunity to expatriate overseas for three and a half years. This meant leaving their personal property portfolio in the capable hands of a trusted property management team. This opportunity enabled Anita and Jeremy to appreciate the mindset of an overseas/interstate Landlord and the trust that is placed in the hands of the property management team looking after that asset on a day to day basis. As a result, they clearly understand the need for concise and timely communication to the Landlord coupled with action on the Landlords behalf to ensure the asset is being maintained really well without the stress.
After arriving back in Perth in 2017, Anita returned to property management in the capacity of Office Manager at Peter Bruhn & Associates, where she had been employed since 2009. In 2019 Anita and Jeremy purchased Peter Bruhn & Associates running under the original company name for two and a half years before rebranding as Pearl Property Co.
With Anita at the helm as Managing Director we have seen the company transform into a modern, efficient and transparent property service provider. Layer by layer and year by year the grit that started it all, has grown into the Pearl that you see today.
