Morven Pike

Morven started he real estate career in 2019 in Berkshire, UK, working in a small agency where she gained hands-on experience across all aspects of property management, from lease negotiations and inspections to maintenance co-ordination. It was there that she developed strong time management and organisational skills, along with a deep appreciation for building positive relationships with tenants, landlords, and colleagues alike.

In August 2024, Morven made the exciting move to Perth, Australia, and joined the team at Pearl Property Co. Taking on this role has been the perfect way to get to know her way around Perth, every suburb has its own character, and she loves that her work allows her to explore and connect with so many different communities.

Outside of work, Morven enjoys spending her time walking her dog along the beach, exploring new areas, and indulging in a bit of photography along the way. She is passionate about making sure both Landlords and Tenants feel supported, and takes pride in offering a proactive, detail-oriented, and approachable service to everyone she works with.
